Executive Board
- President: Leads the chapter, presides over meetings, and represents JCI Ludington in the community
- Management Vice President: Assists the President with chapter leadership and operations
- Membership Director: Focuses on membership growth, retention, and engagement
- Community Relations Director: Manages community partnerships and project coordination
- Secretary: Maintains records, takes meeting minutes, and handles correspondence
- Treasurer: Manages chapter finances, collects dues, and prepares financial reports
- Communication Director: Responsible for communication outreach with local businesses, the press, and the public. Additional duties include serving as a liaison between the Board, project chairs, and members, managing social media and the JCI Ludington website, sending monthly E-Updates with Board support, and creating Facebook events for chapter projects as needed.
